PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Personal data collected on our website is processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights. Likewise, we guarantee that personal data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and are collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, remaining limited to those purposes and kept up to date where necessary. Identification of data subjects will not be permitted for longer than necessary, and their security will be ensured through appropriate technical and organisational measures. The purposes for which your data may be used by the data controller, as well as the reasons that allow us to do so, are described below:
  • Query Resolution: When a user or interested party contacts us to make an inquiry, report an incident, or submit a complaint, their personal data will be processed for the purpose of identifying the sender, managing the communication, providing an adequate response, and taking the necessary actions in relation to the request. This processing is carried out based on the data subject’s consent, expressed when making their request.
  • Quote Requests: When a user or interested party requests a quote, we will process their professional contact personal data for the purpose of managing the preparation of the offer and following up commercially by phone, email, or other equivalent electronic communication means. The legal basis for this processing is the quote request itself and, for the follow-up linked to said request, the legitimate interest as a provider in concluding the contract, even if the initial offer has not been accepted, provided that the communications concern the same subject of the prior request and do not include products or services different from those initially requested.
  • Management of Applications and CVs: If the data subject provides us with a CV, submits an application, or participates in our selection processes, their personal data (identification and contact data, personal characteristics, academic and professional data, and employment data) will be used to include them in current and future selection processes within our entity and to communicate with them, including by electronic means, in relation to their application or selection process, legitimized by their consent and in compliance with pre-contractual measures.
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: Certain personal data processing will be carried out in compliance with legal obligations applicable to the data controller.
